Three years ago, Brooke and Jacob were complete strangers who both happened to be at a local speakeasy for a Horsethief Show. Brooke, who had moved from Boston, was a big fan of their music and Jake happened to be friends with the band. The couple met that evening and enjoyed good tunes and conversation before exchanging numbers and parting ways. However, that is not where their conversation ended that evening - the two of them ended up talking on the phone for hours after the show!
Surrounded by friends and family, this sweet couple tied the knot on April, 20th 2018. Their whimsical ceremony was held at our tree-lined arbor just behind our one-hundred and fourteen-year-old barn. From the lovely detailed macrame altar scene to the looks of complete happiness glowing on all the guest’s faces, this wedding could not have been more intimate.
Brooke and her Bridal party stunned down the aisle in the most gorgeous gowns. Brooke shined in her vintage lace mermaid gown from Bella Rose Bridal. Her soft yet sultry makeup and soft curls, done by Lexi Faught, perfectly complimented the look and her succulent enhanced bouquet of roses, crafted by Flora Source, tied the delicate aesthetic together.
Brooke’s Bridesmaids looked timeless in their flowing, neutral colored gowns by Jenny Yoo. The mismatched dress styles added so much character and fun to this elegant bunch!
After saying their vows and snapping some photos, the newly weds headed to the barn to dance the night away!
We wish you two the happiest ever after!
