We are absolutely thrilled to finally be able to share the photos from this stunning styled shoot. Photographer Lauren Beauregard dreamed up the idea of bringing one of her favorite characters, Anne of Green Gables, to life in the most whimsical way.

We are honored that our venue was what came to mind when Lauren was planning this shoot. She said;

“The Barn at the Woods was the absolute perfect setting between the farmhouse and a beautiful barn hidden away in the woods. The entire location reminded me of Anne’s beloved Green Gables, with its landscape that fit the novel perfectly.”

The dreamy long sleeve lace gown is from none other than Prescott Bridal. Their sweet + helpful staff knew exactly what dress to pull after they heard the vision. They are such an incredible group of women to work with!

The elements of this shoot were the perfect combination of summer colors, fresh fruits, wild blooms, and many other dainty details that referenced the novel.

These florals from Anthousai are unreal as well as the stunning cake from The Round House Bakery and invitation suite and menu from The Letterbox Shop. The the colors, the shapes and textures perfectly encapsulated this theme and even further brought to life this character and setting.
